Experience : Min. 2yrs – 4yrs. Preferably from FMCG.

Job Description:
• Data compilation
• Reporting from sales staff.
• Taking orders from the distributors/Area Managers to achieve the day sales targets as committed by the Area Managers.
• Preparing orders for execution i.e. coordinate with billing team as well as sales team.
• Executing the orders with logistics & accounts and mailing concerned papers.
• Handling the telephone queries & messaging of customers.
• Execute the promotion activities.
• Maintain the data for the sales & Marketing separately.
• Processing information internally & externally.
• Extracting & compiling information from distributors & sales executives & reports to the concerned department.
• Reporting regarding the import & Logistics formats.
• Making prediction for the future sales order, considering the time factor & helping the sales person to achieve that target through tele support.
• Keeping records & backup for all mailing from company domain.
• Follow up with other division for obtaining any information needed by Business Division.
Salary Offered : 15K - 20K [Not constraint for deserving candidate]
Note: Preference will be given to those Candidates who are ready to join.
