We have required Candidate for Sales / Business Development Executive profile for one of our Client Company which deals in Manufacturing & Supply of Paper Shredders, Currency Counting Machines, Fake Note Detectors , Tea & Coffee Vending Machines , Electronic Safes, Binders, Laminators etc. Further the profile details are mentioned as below :

Position : Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Location : Prashant Vihar, New Delhi

Qualification : BBA / MBA

Experience : 1yr – 3yrs (Fresher are also eligible to apply)

Job Description :
  • Understand the products of the company thoroughly
  • Understand the skills and expertise of the company
  • Understand the services that the company provides in design and development of hardware and software
  • Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization
  • Understand the different segments within the field of instrumentation and match customer requirements with the suite of products within the organization or if need be integrate third party products to evolve the total system
  • Visualize and evolve newer applications and project to the prospective customer
  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such products
  • Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year
  • Continuously monitor customer satisfaction
  • Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
  • Market intelligence activities for the sector identify clients and needs
  • Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
Candidate Profile :
  • Aggressive but pleasant attitude.
  • Having worked within the same domain would be an added advantage
  • Having marketed products similar to that of the company’s products is also an asset.
  • Should have good understanding of various instrumentation related applications.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively.
  • Should be a leader who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people.
  • BBA/MBA in Business Development.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A strategic thinker who is able to develop and refine strategy for successful implementation of each new Business line
  • Enthusiasm for working in a quickly changing, fast-growth environment.
  • Should own a vehicle
